First time in?
Here's everything a new client actually asks, answered straight.
How does online booking work?
Pick a service, pick a barber (or "first available"), pick a live slot — it comes off the board the moment you take it. A £10 deposit secures the chair and comes off your bill.
What if I don't know what to ask for?
Book a Haircut and say exactly that in the chair. A proper consultation is part of every cut — bring a photo if you've got one, or just describe the problem and we'll tell you what we'd do.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when there's a free chair — but bookings always win. The homepage shows today's genuinely free slots, so you can see your odds before you walk over.
How do patch tests work for colour?
First colour appointment (grey blending) needs a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand — a two-minute visit, any time we're open. The booking flow won't let a first colour appointment inside that window, so you can't get it wrong. Had colour with us in the last 6 months? You're covered.
What should I do before a hot towel shave?
Come with at least a day's growth and clean skin. Allow the full 45 minutes — it's not a quick service, deliberately.
Can I bring my kid?
Under-12s cuts run Tuesday to Friday before 4pm with a parent staying in the shop — quieter hours, more patience, better haircut.
